Rosy Ahmed
A loving mother to a special child, Rosy founded F.A.M.E. back in 2016 and has successfully built a close-knit community in the UAE and UK who support her vision of providing opportunities to all individuals. She is a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion and integration and continues to challenge the constraints of labels and social stigmas attached to the people of determination.
Hana Ahmed
Born and blessed with an extra chromosome, Hana is the inspiration behind F.A.M.E and a friendly supporter of all our special F.A.M.E stars. Her love for fashion and dance and passion for art has been the foundation of building the annual showcase for the past 6 years.
Zahra Ahmed
A former counsellor at Emirates International School, Zahra is the co-founder of F.A.M.E. and holds a decade of experience working with young people of determination in the UAE and UK. She is currently under training to become an educational psychologist to provide support to schools across London.
Rebecca Shamji
An entrepreneur, model and designer, Rebecca is our fabulous Event Director and has made F.A.M.E. a massive showcase since its inception. She brings magic to the stage with her eye for aesthetics and creativity, along with her passion for community building.
Marie-Claude Beauchamp
She is a dedicated youth mentor and performing arts educator and who brings theatrical and compassionate guidance to her role at FAME. With a passion for nurturing creative expression while building essential social and emotional skills, Marie-Claude creates inclusive spaces where performers of all abilities can thrive. Her background includes founding FLO, a girls' empowerment startup in Dubai, and extensive international experience with organizations like UNDP and CARE Canada. As a certified Youth Mentor, Co-Active Coach, and Mental Health First Aider, Marie-Claude combines professional training with her passion for the arts to help young performers overcome challenges and shine on stage while developing confidence that extends beyond the theater.
